I take them for improved performance at squash and they certainly sharpen response up and make me more alert. This is about the third box of these I’ve taken which I consume about 30 mins before going to sports club. They may make sleeping a little more difficult later in the evening but that’s hard to tell and I do wake up the following morning a little more alert in a ‘bedroom’ sort of way!!

Good supplement which is thought to help with several things like bloodflow, pressure and energy and repair in the body. I cant speak tot hose effects so far as the effects are subtle, but the capsules themself are fine, okay size for swallowing, no odour or flavour. I have noticed however that titanium dioxide is an ingredient and that has been now banned in the EU as a food additive. Other online sources say it is generally thought to be safe, but the effects of it accumulating in the body are unknown. Do your own research before you use this.

I have been really fortunate with timing that SynBio supplements turn up for review opportunities just when i am looking at information online and they do offer a consistent, quality product that i research each time. With the serving suggestion of 1 to 2 capsules a day, this could be a 30 or 60 day supply depending on what amount you'd like. The dosage advertised is based on 2 capsules according to the labelling, so thats 250mg per capsule. The role of L-Arginine is something that appeals to me a great deal now as i step up my training plan going into the Autumn and with the claimed benefits that it will increase blood flow and allow more nutrients to be carried and delivered during excerise, i know that is something i am looking to reduce muscle fatigue. I am really happy with the dosage, i am not a vegan myself, but the clear labelling that it is suitable opens up a big market for SynBio which has to be applauded, also labelling for Nut Free and Soya Free as well. I have a supplement routine already and a seven day, day/night pill box so these will go straight in and im hoping to see the benefits as the weeks unfold. Very easy to swallow, i am taking mine with water and will get through the supply, no doubt becoming a paying customer in the future as its something i am going to make a regular supplement around my training regime. Overall very happy.

This is a simple supplement with no extra added ingredients or frills. As a result I think the price is respective of that which is a good thing. So if your looking for L-Arginine at at respectable price you've found it here. My only issue is the packaing. It comes in a box with 6 foil backed blister packs of 10 capsules each. I don't know why I hate this type of packing so much but I do. Maybe it's because of the extra time it takes to pop out each individual capsule rather than just pouring them out in to you hand. I dislike this type of packaing as it just doesn't seem neccessary to me. Well that's my only gripe about this product. Otherwise good, basic and value for money.

I really like the packaging on these. They look professional in a sort of medical way, and the fact that they are in blister packs instead of just loose in a bottle inspires a bit of confidence that these are actually a quality product. For me this makes them stand out amongst the mass of unknown brands with just loose capsules in cheap plastic bottles. There are clear batch codes and use by dates, although with the box I got the BBE date is 01/25, so really just 6 months after purchase. Fine considering this is just 60 caps, but I wouldn't plan on picking up a lot at any one time. I'm not really placed to comment on personal long term benefits or general efficacy, other than to say after taking these for a couple of weeks I've suffered no ill effects, and they seem completely inert in terms of flavour and smell, so are very easy to swallow. I'd happily get more supplements from this company in the future because although I wasn't aware of them before getting these L-Arginine caps, they seem to be a step up in terms of quality and general business size compared to your average supplement seller.
