Great curling iron.
The best curling iron. I bought it in TJ max before but they don’t have it anymore had to buy from Amazon. Love it it does a beautiful job on my hair and it’s easy to handle and it has a nice cool tip.

Love a classic hair curler
It heats up super fast and stays consistent, which saves me a ton of time in the morning. Plus, it's so easy to use, whether you're a curling pro or just starting out. Definitely a great pick if you're in the market for a reliable curling iron that makes styling fun and effortless!"

Recommended by my stylist
My hair stylist recommended this size and brand to me when I was looking for a curling iron to use for loose waves and curls. She specifically suggested this one since she knew I only wanted to use it occasionally and this was on the inexpensive end of the range. Being able to adjust the temperature is great so I can only use as much heat as I need.

No longevity
This curling iron only lasted 10 months.

Nice curling iron for a pretty good price
This is a nice curling iron. I like the way it looks, and it does it’s job. I have thick, coarse hair. As I’ve gotten older, it’s gotten harder to curl, and it doesn’t hold curl very well. This curling iron curls it pretty well. My curl doesn’t stay very long, but the body does, and the ends stay pretty curled too. A smaller barrel might be better, idk, but that isn’t this curling iron’s fault. My one big compliant is that the clip on the barrel doesn’t hold the hair very tight. I bought the same barrel size Bed Head curling iron and that was my complaint there as well. Your hair slides right through the clip on the Bed Head which makes it way harder to actually use the curling iron like it should be used, by winding up your hair, it just slipped out. And I had to return it because it was taking me twice as long to curl my hair with it. This Hot Tools one is much better, but not perfect. It gets pretty hot which is a plus with coarse hair, I just wish it held on to your hair tighter when curling it. I’m sure that is not the best thing for your hair, but I wanted a curling iron like the old school ones lol, and the clamp not being very tight was my only complaint. If I wanted a wand, I would have bought a wand. The clamp not being very tight was also the reason I only gave it 4 stars. It does come with and extra piece that can replace the clamp mechanism if that breaks which is nice. Everything else about it is great.

Excellent results!
I've recently cut my waist length hair to a layered med length and I blindly assumed that all curling irons are simply a hot metal rod that heats up. I'm also a blond so I have a Lot of hair but it's fine hair so I use a low heat but even at that and being cautious I'd started to notice that to Me, my hair was starting to show signs of stress. Then when I heated up my Conair on the lowest setting then for curiosity I placed a wet wash cloth on it and it went SIZZLE with a puff of steam! Can't be good right? I knew I had to up my game and got this curling iron. I'm thrilled at my results. I set it to 330 and it seems to of stayed there. Even heat, holds onto my hair, hair easily slides out so I can pin it while it cools, and I dunno how but my curls and waves are the best i've ever seen! shiny, bouncy, soft..check all the happy boxes in the hair department. apparently there's more to it than a hot piece of metal. This was my first use of this and since I also use other sizes of curling irons I'm donating my "old" ones and I'm replacing all of them with Hot Tools. Yay Team!

terrible product - uneven heat each use...burned my hair
I have NEVER owned a curling iron so terrible. Some days it doesn't heat up well...other days, it's so hot that you can't use it...all on the same temp setting. I learned the hard way when an entire section of hair was BURNED OFF...literally!!! I would never buy this brand again in a million years...it was my first Hot Tools purchase and certainly will be my last! There is also no indicator light for when it's considered 'heated up.' I don't think this product even has an auto shut off like 99% of tools like this. I WOULD NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!

Curling iron styles are enhanced using this one!
My favorite curling iron by far! Easy on the hair! Silkier feel and appearance to hair! Always try to purchase this brand.

Je l'adore, frise parfaitement les cheveux mais de façon naturelle (grosses boucles). C'est exactement ce que je voulais!

Sturdy. Good iron for the price point, not cheapy. I’d recommend to anyone who cares to even read these reviews. I have platinum/ thin/ fine old white Gurl hair. Nice to be able to adjust the temp. Might not work miracles, but it’s a good tool, nonetheless

Had it for 2 months and after trying it 2-4 times it never curls your hair properly and after I lightly brush it, it becomes loose and turns out weird. Worst of all, it damages my hair because I have to go over curling my hair again and again because it never properly curls my hair. Never buy it. Waste of money.

Hot tools I thought was a good brand. This doesn't hold a curl unless you literally cook your hair on the highest heat. I have fine hair. Anything should be able to curl my hair. Damage is done and visible using the medium setting as well, but no hold in the curls. I've tried pinning the curl while it cools as well. No go. Doesn't make sense.

This doesn’t give tight curls if you want loose curls get it but the heat is not strong enough for a tight curl to brush out. Doesn’t work well in my opinion. The value in terms of money isn’t worth it in my opinion conairs straightener is a lot better.
