The lens foot is light strong and has a QD socket which is why I bought it It is a great fit and works as expected

Perfect fit and exponentially improved functionality over original foot
Integrated Arca type plate is lighter and more stable than attaching a secondary plate to the OEM foot. Mounting face matches original and fits exactly the same way. Easily removable for handheld shooting as needed. Low profile design does not interfere with fitting the lens into bags.
