Q: Is this amp included with this going to be powerful enough for the headphones?

Yes. The headphone amp included is powerful enough to drive the DT-990 Pro. The sound quality is clean & smooth. No hiss, no hum. The model i have is the 250 ohms.

Q: Can I use this set up with a PS4?

yes but it will preform under what it should because it doesnt have enough power

Q: Does this package come with everything needed to use it straight out of the box? Like all the wires for the interface to plug into the pc and stuff

Yes it has everything to get working out of the box. The amp , Don't use it with your PC . Anything else is fine. Had a issue with the amp with it plugged into my pc. It kept glitching out and it would make the audio cut out and it would play just static . You could reset it by unplugging it. But I didn't want a $10. dollar amp fry my $300 dollar motherboard. I use the Schiit Fulla E and it is a awesome pairing!
