Q: What is the expiry date on the prduct also how long does it keep once opened

The expiry date on our current stock is 26/08/22 (as at 06 Aug 2021). Ata a later date this may differ. The product will last at least until expiry once opened as long as the product is kept in a cool dry place with the lid securely fastened. Q: How do you use this? Do you brush on to pastries before baking or afterwards? Completely new to this.

Heat up the product , diluted with a little bit of water, stir to dissolve ( instructions are on the package). Cool down slightly, brush whilst still hot on your baked pastries. Super simple, great results!

Q: Is it good to use on sliced fruit or does it absorb the water?

Yeah it works on fruits and doesn't absorb any water at all
