Lehigh Secure Line NST181RL Reloadable Reel Mason Line, 800-Foot

Well, I can't say it's the most awesome, absolutely BEST mason line on the market... I mean, it's basically string on a swivel, right? But it does work as advertised, was a little cheaper than the local hardware store, and does the job just as good as any of the other brands we use for marking landscapes, construction sites, etc. We use this a LOT camping because it's cheaper to replace than paracord for small stuff when you don't care about saving your twine for another use later.I started to give it four stars, because "love" is a strong word, but I didn't feel the manufacturer needed a mark against them just because 4 stars is "like" and 5 stars is "love it." So, 5 stars it is.

line has a lot of stretch in longer distances which is probably normal.

Works really well. Does the job!

Sometimes it just does not pay to run to the store with gas prices almost $4 a gallon. I can wait one extra day.

The reel is longer than the cardboard reel and the string often gets caught in between the two. Re-wrapping is not easy, even with the handle. This is a lot less useful than I had hoped it would be.

worked great, used as line to set posts for chain link fence, not the thickest line but worked great..

. . . frays easily. Does not hold tension. Good for if you're marking 20 feet or under of garden boundary, but nothing beyond that. Not, in my opinion, a true mason's line.

Good line and spool. Easy to use. Happy with purchase.
