My 11 year old was a to assemble this computer! Everything was easy for him to set up (he wasnt supposed to be setting it up. He did a great job though) In the midst of it all...I had to contact the seller about the 2 monitor set up. The seller immediately responded with all my questions and asked if I needed anything replaced or help with setting up. I was very impressed with his quick response and actions. He automatically set out a connector for the dual screens. I have never had 2 screens and was unsure about how to set them up. I had also shown. Computer professional the computer that I received and his response was "that is a really good computer. You cant go wrong paying only 230.00 for that because it is a good system". It is. The kids use it for roblocks....whatever it's called. I use it for school and a lot of detailed research. I am really happy with the computer. It so arrived in half the estimated shipping time! I will get another computer from this seller in the future. I almost paid 3x that amount buying a new one that does the exact same things as this one does! It has built in bluetooth as well for wireless connections if desired. The software works great. The monitors are the same rand and size and model. Really good deal. I am happy I bought it and will be a repeat customer.

When purchased this computer a few short years ago, everything was fine. Even thought I was under the impression that I was buying a complete HP computer set. When I received the computer my monitors were Dell and the CPU was HP. I understand that when you buy anything used its not going to be original parts sometimes, but at least let it be the same brand or be more forthcoming about what a person is actually going to get or update the info in your advertisement. You will be shocked to know that consumers actually do appreciate transparency. About a year after owning one of the cords or the monitor started acting wonky. I started taping the cord down to the monitor, that seemed to do the trick. Now the cord is inoperable. At first I thought it was the monitor that was messing up so I took that same cord and put it on the other monitor ( the computer set came with 2 Dell monitors E1909Wb- which I found out during this process are discontinued by Dell) I got the same results. Trust that was a load off I really did not want to replace my monitor. So basically wrapping things up and getting to the point the power cord in question is the I-SHENG UL E315167. If you have a Dell E1909Wb monitor please don't purchase that cord. If you are searching for a replacement cord for you're Dell E1909Wb monitor please I highly recommend that you use Volex E84516. It's quite simple, do not but this if you care about the money in your wallet...at all. The worst shopping experience, product, and 'customer support' I've ever had- bar none. I was super excited about getting this package at such a great deal, it's important to realize... if it sounds too good to be true... it probably is. And it was. Worked horrible ever since starting it, then I did some hard drive cleaning, etc...and it worked better for about a month. Then lastly, it all of a sudden crashed and went to a blue screen. I had an expert come out to look at it and said all the hardware components were faulty and old. Its just 'par for the course' on something like this. So, naturally, I tried to send the package back and get help from Amazon. I've NEVER had Amazon give me such horrible support before... basically they said it's up to the third-party merchant and to deal with them. But Amazon said they'd send emails on my behalf. 7 Amazon phone calls and 8 emails later, NOTHING. The third party seller I could ship it back but they don't pay for it. So it's going to cost me $100+ to ship a faulty computer (that wasn't my fault) back to a place where I already spent $200. Made no sense. And usually Amazon would help but they've even stopped replying to me now. DO NOT USE AMAZON OR THIS THIRD-PARTY SELLER. Horrible expereince.

Thank you for the product it really fits to my home desktop work. I really liked the configuration which is enough for any home work.I had issues with my wifi adapter, but the replacement arrive ASAP even though it was long weekend by Monday.Thank you

There was lots of part were wrong , broken, missing but sevice was awesome and they did everything to help me And at the end everything turn good

For most of the work I do, the resolution of the supplied screens was a little disappointing.

Wasted our time setting up the desktop system only having it to break down within a week. Had to repackaged everything and take it back to the post office. On top of that seller didn't immediately provide a refund upon return. We had to submit the tracking number even though they have the tracking on file that the item was clearly returned. Can't remember if we had to pay the return shipping fee or not but that would just be the insult to injury to all this wasted time and effort. Not recommend anyone else to go through the trouble we went through.

I got this computer in November 2019 and I am here to say thank you for making this deal possible to the seller! I am a single mom who never graduated and I have two kids. because of you I can still go to NSCC online and my kids can still learn coding on scratch and connect with their friends!~~~ BLESS YOU please continue even after pandemic to offer good deals~ seriously two duel monitors and a terabyte of memory!!! for the price I feel like I stole it! works great a big upgrade for my low income family!!!
