Great product.
Been having issues with my sinuses as I get older and allergy season is too much just for a pill. I’ve used this before with a lot of success, so I figured I’d try it again. And I’m glad I did, clears me out, and lasts more than a day.

This Product Does Not Dry Out Your Sinus Cavity
Zicam Intense Sinus Relief does not dry out the inside of your nose to cause it to crack and bleed. It works terrifically and is made using essential oils to help open your sinuses and keep the inside of your nose moist. Headaches ease up or are gone in record time, and the ingredients in Zicam is a whole lot healthier to be using. There are several different types of Zicam so make certain to read the label closely so you are getting the one you need for the problem you are having.

Decent product but $$$ and poor dispenser
I have sleep apnea and breathing issues that make sleeping rough without this stuff. But often when I do use it one of my finger tips slips off the tiny finger tabs used to depress the pump mechanism resulting in either poking my sinus with the tip or bending/breaking an index fingernail tip. If they would just make those tiny tabs a little longer like most other sinus spray dispensers like Xclear there would be no problem. And for those reasons “I am OUT!” 🦈
