It's really good for rehab exercises, I think the peace was right for the quality, it's not sticky, and easy to use

Good product. Works well after a hand operation. Recommended. No smell and correct consistency for assisting the healing process.

My physio recommended similar putty for hypermobility in my hands. This seems great so far. It's soft but still has resistance, without being painful. I think any heavier would be too much until my hands strengthen up a bit. It's also fun to use! It takes on the shape of its container ( a bit like a cat in a bowl!). It doesn't leave my hands sticky or leave any residue. It's good value for money and I hope it lasts well. So far it's as good as new and I've used it several times a day for a week. The tub is small but exactly the right amount for my hand. Happy to recommend.

This claims to be a medium however it's like a brick. Go softer for a true medium.

Been using this therapy putty to try and remedy my carpal tunnel syndrome. Although it’s great exercise my overnight pain and finger numbness during day persists. Having waited 4 months for NHS appointment it has possibly deteriorated too much .

This worked well with getting my hand back in motion, after my hand surgery.

Lo compre por consejo del fisioterapeuta de mi padre, al haber perdido movilidad en la mano izquierda es una manera fácil y divertida de que haga ejercicio con ella incluso los días que esta mas cansado. Es parecido a la plastilina pero no llega a ser lo mismo, lo recomiendo 100% para ejercitar si se ha perdido parte de la movilidad, además hay diferentes niveles de dureza, esta es la mas blandita y para empezar esta muy bien.
