With its ski feet, the Model 72 can be used on many natural terrains especially slick surfaces to lock into place for accuracy and comfort. Now in the all steel design it is great for higher recoil rifles. Plus, unlike the Classic series, it has both pan & cant tilt friction locks. Never need another bipod
