Garden shredder replacement blade

Rubbish - blunt
Arrived and kept as a spare until now. Opened the packet and it hasn’t been sharpened! Usually these blades risk cutting your fingers. This one would struggle to cut through butter

Blunt and completely useless
I have bought several replacement blades for my shredder over the years, all of which have been excellent. This blade arrived on Wednesday as planned, and I fitted it this morning. It turned out to be blunt and completely ineffective - simple 10mm straight stems would not shred at all. The blade is now on its way back to the seller for a full refund and I will be purchasing a replacement elsewhere.
