Dislikes, none at all. Only a slight disappointment, but this was on me, I neglected to notice these boxes only contain 200 tubes, and I am so accustomed to Zen always being 250 tubes per carton. So that was ENTIRELY MY FAULT for not catching that when I ordered them.Likes: Menthol is perfect for my taste. Been using a variety of Zen Tubes for years. Only one Zen tube I won't buy again, these come in a light bluish colored box, and are labeled as light, the light tube versions would not fit well on my 2 powermatic machines, they were difficult to get on without damaging them.But these Menthol tubes in the green box fit prrfectly, slid onto my machines smoothly and fluidly with no damage, and no struggle.The menthol smells light on the tubes, and i tried using both menthol tobacco and regular tobacco to see if the flavor of the tube changed much, the menthol tobacco menthol tube was just a hint stronger, but not enough to be overpowering. The regular tobacco was good, and the menthol tube gave a nice, pleasurable taste of menthol.Now I have read quite a few reviews where they show or claim their tubes came damaged, I'm going to give you a valuable tip so this doesn't happen to you.If you order tobacco tubes, whether it be Zen or any other, NEVER, and I DO MEAN NEVER have them shipped in NON-AMAZON packaging. Otherwise, these fragile tubes can, and possibly will be damaged when they arrive.I requested my tubes be sent in AMAZON PACKAGING to hide the content, when my menthol tubes arrived, yes, they were in the original manufacturing packaging, but that packaging is prone to easy damage, my tubes[2 box set] came in a very sturdy cardboard box that prevented any damage to my tubes or their boxes. They arrived in 100% mint condition, absolutely no damaged tubes to be seen.So, since this product is so fragile and easily prone to damage, ALWAYS request AMAZON PACKING for such items.I have been buying tubes from AMAZON now for quite some time, and by requesting AMAZON PACKAGING for my delivery of cigarette or tobacco tubes, I have NEVER, NOT ONCE received any boxes of damaged cigarette tubes from Amazon in many years of buying them.I just wish Amazon would still, and go back to selling tobacco, especially since they sell cigarette rolling machines, cigatette tubes, cigarette cases, and other "Smoker's accessories"!I mean, really, they sell everything else, so why not sell the tobacco we need to go with our "smoking supplies", right?

Khalid Sheffield was amazing!! I had wet paint on the front door and he said he smelled it so he was careful not to get near it. I only asked his full name because I felt that he deserved an honest review. I've seen him deliver to my neighbors before because I recognize his face. 2 of my neighbors know him (and he mentioned them by name when I asked him). This area can be questionable to strangers, but I've seen him several times and I would hope that he could continue to stay in this area to service my neighbors and I. No one likes strangers coming up to their door. Fortunately, Khalid is not a stranger. Thank you for keeping the integrity to your customers!

) the Zen tubes are my absolute favorite. I was worried that they would be crushed or damaged in some way because tubes are very delicate, but Amazon found a way to package them neatly correctly and in such a way that no tubes were damaged everything is perfect all the tubes are intact and I'm very pleased. The order also arrived 7 hours before it was supposed to so I am super happy about that! I only have good things to say about Zen menthol tubes Amazon delivery and Amazon in general!

The seller needs to find a better way to ship this fragile merchandise. I have ordered in the past and the arriving condition was the same.

The twin packs were securely wrapped with wide clear tape (easily removable) and placed in plastic bags securely wrapped with more tape (also removable). The box used for shipping left little room for shifting. I opened a single box and found 2, maybe 3 gently crushed tubes out of 200, which with some gentle work can be serviceable. Will be ordering this product again!
