Can take on empty stomach
Didnt want to take on empty stomach but one day I did just to see (masochist!) Anyway, no problems at all. No fishy aftertaste AT ALL. Nothing. These are top quality. Very smooth so easy to take despite being fairly sizable. Can't yet report back on efficacy as I've not had a follow up blood test yet. I will come back and edit if they've done nothing!

Good quality, no improvement yet
I have been using these for about 2,5 months now, I started taking them to look after my overall health. I chose this brand as they are certified and because the packaging (single capsules in blisters) would prevent any sticking together which I saw may happen with other brands. I have been taking them with my lunch and never had any fishy aftertaste. I haven't noticed any difference though since I started taking them. Not sure if I should as I am not treating any deficiency, but I was hoping for something. I will probably give them another month or two and if still no difference I may stop them as they are quite pricey.
