Is this train compatible w. trackmaster super station ?

Yes. The wooden style trains are compatible with only some versions of the trackmaster tracks. They switched track types over the years. The wooden trains only fit on the solid filled tracks that have a single raised line through the center of the tracks. The wooden trains (and die cast push along trains with the plastic coupling /connectors) do not fit on the tracks that look more like regular train tracks (the ones with gaps in the track) that have been used in more recent products. The wheels don't fit on both sides, only one, and can not be pushed. This was probably the intended result so you are forced to invest in both trackmaster and wooden thomas sets in larger quantities to make the initial investment more rewarding instead of picking and choosing on deals to make one pleasant experience.

Why is Rosie dark pink? I was going to buy her for my son but she doesn’t look like the light pink Rosie he knows and loves from his books.

I am not sure why the color is dark, but my granddaughter recognized Rosie right away and never commented on her color. She is a very astute 3 year old. I would not be concerned about the color. Close enough!

Wonderful addition to our train collection

My 4 year old loves his Thomas the train wood engines but stores around us have stopped carrying them and started carrying the plastic ones. We found the plastic trains do not hold up as well as the wood ones. Amazon has them priced right and unlike the new plastic ones they have come out with, these trains don't break. I wish they would bring back more characters in the wood collection.

Perfect for Thomas Train sets!

Purchased for my grandson. He has the train table with storage under, and lots of track and many trains. He didn't have Rosie, however, which is why we bought. Very sturdy train!

Nicely made and sturdy.

Thomas & Friends's Rosie is nicely made from mostly painted wood. The only parts that are made of plastic are Rosie's wheels and face. She is sturdy and well assembled and has dealt with my 1.5 year old son's abuse well. She has magnetic couplings on both ends and rolls smoothly over not only Thomas's wooden tracks but also the floor.All in all... a cute engine.

Rosie is a big hit!

Christmas present for our youngest grandson who loves Thomas the Train and all his buddies.He has several other engines and train cars and lots and lots of track to play with. He is very engaged when he plays with the train sets.

If your kiddo loves Thomas the train these are great! We have the Ikea wooden train tracks and these work well on those! :D
