Makes a great pre or post dinner broth. I bought the 30 Pack and its a great value for the quality you get. One packet gets you 2 servings The noodles are easier digest and have lower calories.

Really great taste and the clear version of the noodles are gluten free! It comes with regular seasoning, an oil packet, and some spicy optional seasoning which has a image of a pepper on it. I like that they give you the option of whether to make it spicy or not! Seasoning is very flavorful and savory, with a nice slight oniony taste. The only two things I would keep in mind are it's VERY high in salt content, so you wouldn't want to eat more than one of these in a day. For the rice noodle texture it is a little "starchy" so the texture is a little 'rougher' and 'dryer' than your typical noodle texture. Other than that I think it's worth trying! Definitely a good choice if you are limited in your diet choices and you want a little bit of new variety!

I LOVE these noodles!!! Exactly what I wanted!! Mom use to make these over seas 50 years ago! Love clear rice noodles and are a compliment to any soup or dish or stand alone soup!!!! Very suprised with the extra spice packets. Just got my Second order or 30 and I will be ordering more!! I am number #1 Fan!!!

Was looking for another gluten free alternative that I could whip up in a pinch. This soup fit the bill. They give you 3 packets & it's up to you if you want to overdose on salt, heat, & garlic. My happy place is to cut it all in half. The thing is, find your happy place. If I were 20 years younger, I'd dump it all in because it's all yummy. Already started adding a couple of slices of protein. Little piece of chicken or sirloin steak sliced up. Now we are into a tasty, full meal. It's good stuff, trust me. Stop worrying about MSG because you control the amount. It's like saying a plate of pasta is not good for you because you load it up with 75 meatballs & 9 sausages.
