Looks cool. But there is no rubber gasket like the oem has. Cranked it down pretty tight not like insane tight but tight. Got up the road a bit and had oil all over my leg. Thing I guess rattled itself out. Yamaha R1

I bought a couple flare items for my bike recently, and this was a simple small item that really impressed me. The cut, quality and finish were really impressive. I got red/black and the look is quite striking and just enough bling against the sea of black on my bike. I felt the packaging was a nice, professional touch too. This would make a small, nice, well packaged gift to a loved one. The RED was true to what the pictures depict: a deep, darker REAL red. Spun on easy, looks great, sealed up good with that o-ring. *Update* I still think this is a high quality piece. Still looks nice, but it endures a lot of heat… so, the deep REAL red I mention above is now gone. It’s now more fuchsia or dark pink. :-/

I broke the stock plastic cap trying to get it off with a wrench, purchased one of these aluminum caps and shouldn't ever have that issue again. Nice piece that fits perfect
