I wouldn't be a bit surprised, although I have really thick and curly hair on my pate!

I didn’t have either of these problems.

Q: Is the product suppose to be runny?

No it isn't supposed to be runny. I've only encountered that when I purchased it on Amazon.

Q: Did anyone break oit using this product?

Yes!! And I'm still trying to heal up all the breakout spots. I'm never using this product again. I stopped and started it twice to see if it was indeed the culprit. Yeah, never again.
