I got two different sizes. I wore the tighter size for a few days to support my hip injury. Then I switched to a larger size for comfort. My hip feels much better now. I'm dancing again. I went from Medium to XL. I wear the larger size for comfort and support. I wore the smaller size to help heal. I find these shorts to be very well made, and easy to wear under clothes. My hip injury was so bad that I actually needed the smaller size to help keep my hip muscles stabilized, while I continued activity. My hips are 38" full round, and I'm a female.

I had purchased these shorts hoping they would relieve recurring hip flexor pain I'd developed from squats and other workouts. Unfortunately, they don't seem to provide the hip spica impact I'd hoped they would. They are also a bit awkward in the groin area, with the seam running right down the middle. That said, they seem like a quality product and do provide some compression to the thighs. They already ride up a tiny bit, which makes me worry what happens as they inevitably stretch out. But, for the price, they'll serve as a decent pair of compression shorts for general sports/exercise use.

Limited sizes offered——offered in waist range not exact size. Purchased the product to help with the healing of groin/hamstring pull—-compression of unit fine, but comfort is poor—-inside lining of shorts are not smooth thus rumb and irate skin especially in the groin area

Great support in hips, thighs, groin, and hamstrings. Only drawback is waist band has no give. Very tight in waist area. I have a McDavid compression shorts with hip spica that give same support, but waistband has more stretch!

I actually bought a second pair. Using them to hold an inguinal hernia at bay until surgery date.

I use this product for running intervals and weight lifting. As an older guy, I feel it adds support for my hamstrings and quads. I usually put in 3-4 miles daily sport walking with 4 to 6 fast 30 second intervals. I appreciate the support for weight lifting as well. Overall, I would buy another.

I got these for the many carrying events of Strongman competitions. Very happy with fit and support -- enough so that soon after receiving the first order, I ordered again. I'm 6'0", 250 pound, strongman competitor. XL fit perfectly.

Perfect fit, compression support is great and made with durable materials. The only thing that would improve the shorts for me is to be thicker so I sweat more. Even so, would buy again.
