I got this pot on a great sale when we needed this size, so no regrets. And it cooks just as well as our pans from the internationally known standard in enamel cast iron cookware, which last so long that we inherited ours. But. After less than a year of intermittent use, the colored enamel on the outside of the pan has chipped in numerous places, including the handle and the bottom; and the enamel inside the pan has been shown to be less than perfectly smooth, as multiple tiny pits are now permanently dark. So, it works fine, but this likely isn't one I'll be handing down to my daughters.

Can't go wrong with this enameled pot. It cleans very easily and simmers wonderfully. Its a very well made product that could easily be sold for many times its cost.

I bought this in like early 2023 to use for camping/beach trips, I hadn’t had the chance to use it up until last week when I brought it with me off road surfing. I have a Coleman double head stove that I also got from Amazon, I’ve used almost every type of pan on it so far and never had this new problem (it’s the best thing I’ve purchased for myself honestly) I was cooking sausages in this pan with a little water, when it got to boiling point for water the enamel coating of the pan exploded as if I had put something frozen into hot oil. Luckily there was sand all around so I didn’t have to worry about burning anything with the hot pan. I ended up cooking the sausages over the flame of the stove directly if anyone wanted the know I washed off the enamel and we ate them. Probably don’t do that. I haven’t even thrown the pan away yet because I can’t believe it happened. Im thinking either something got on the pan before it was coated with enamel or another defect with the enamel itself. Just be super aware and careful when buying enameled pots and pans because this is a huge possibility of happening.:(

I gave this as a gift and was told this did a great job with eggs because of how evenly it heated and was very easy to clean due to the porcelain finish. She cooked a few other small dishes for herself in it and it's been promoted to a "front of the cabinet" dish right away.

This is such a sexy piece of cookware. I’m the description it says that it’s grey but it’s more like a dusty ombré lavender. As a female, stay at home mom, the ine who does all the cooking and in the pursuit of changing all my cookware over to cast iron enameled, I’m obsessed!!!!

Love the easy non stick surface, but my pan came chipped. I hand wash it in order to not allow further chipping.

My Husband uses this quiet often. He likes to cook his porridge in it.
