Dr. Martens Voss Hydro Sandal

8 fits 8-8.5W. I got the solid black. I love the look--not clunky looking imo and no clunky walking! Shoe is light weight--gives nice height! The foot bed is very comfortable for me. There are two straps in the back that enable you to hold your foot a little forward or back so that it sits comfortably on the arch. The straps also let you secure skinny ankles. The front/toe is quite wide--maybe even too wide--but it isn't a problem because your foot is secured by the back. Still, I'd say these are for peeps with wide(r) toes. I've been wearing to the office, which lets me soften them up without too much walking all at once. If you go out and walk a couple of miles before they are softened up, I think that would be a mistake.

Absolutely love them! They're comfy and fit true to size for me since I have a narrow foot. They're comfortable to walk in for long periods of time and they're super cute to pair with an outfit. Haven't had an issue at all with these sandals. Great for the summer! 10/10 def recommend getting these!

I’ve been a loyal Dr Marten customer for years; I have many pairs of their boots, but this is my first time trying out their sandals. Doc does not disappoint. These are fantastic. I’m a size 10, purchased a size 10, and they fit perfectly. There are two adjustable straps- one on the top/outer side and one behind/outer side of the heel, allowing you the option for more/less wiggle room. The bottoms are treaded really nicely so the grip is great; you won’t be slipping on anything in these bad boys. The arch and heel support is unreal. I have plantar fasciitis, so this is a really important factor for me personally. They’re so comfortable. I took my dog for a LONG walk as soon as these came in, and it was like I was walking on a supportive cloud. They’re not squishy or anything; they’re just super supportive. These are very well constructed -like all Docs- and the design is nice. Not super fancy, but you could spruce it up and wear these with a cute outfit if you wanted. Not super casual, but comfortable enough to lounge around in. They’re in that sweet spot, making for a great staple shoe. The color is great, too. I ordered the Hydro, and they’re like a matte black finish, which looks real sharp. These are definitely made to last. Great sandal. I have a feeling I’ll be wearing these almost everyday this summer. I would definitely recommend these to anyone. They’re worth every penny in my opinion.

These sandals are comfortable and light! I wear a 9 in most shoes but opted for the 8 and they fit great. I’ve been wearing them regularly for the past few days and the break-in process hasn’t been too bad, I just needed to adjust the straps for a better fit. No blisters or bandaids so far! I really like how light these are, they’re soft on my feet and offer decent arch support. I think they will be a staple piece for me this summer!

I bought these hoping there was a way I could find good sandals that could hold up on a trip to Europe. These were comfortable and took little time to break in. I was beyond shocked at how comfortable they were on my trip. I wore these almost daily doing 20k+ steps, not a single blister or sore. They were more comfortable than my sneakers or birks, plus they look super cute. The material was easy to wipe off when dusty too!

I needed walking sandals to wear on our family vacation but I didn’t want hiking style sandals or old lady style sandals lol. I didn’t get the chance to break them in beforehand so the first time I wore them was during my vacation. I was a little worried because Docs can sometimes run big on me (I have small feet) but I went ahead and ordered my usual size 5. They fit perfectly. The straps are adjustable so you can customize the fit better. The platform is the perfect height, not too tall. The sole is soft and has just enough give to make them comfortable on long walks. I was pleasantly surprised at how lightweight they are considering the somewhat bulky style. I did get a blister on the heel of my right foot but to be fair, my right foot is smaller than my left foot so I had to tighten that side more than the left side. My left foot was fine, no blisters. I’m sure once I break them in, they will be fine. I got a lot of compliments on them too. I love Robert Wayne retailer but the store in our mall closed permanently during Covid so I was bummed about that. I’m so glad that I can still shop with them through Amazon!

I bought these shoes in October 2023. They offer a lot of support and are very comfortable. In July 2025 while on vacation, I noticed that my shoes were starting to fall apart. This is very disappointing because I specifically bought this brand (and not the generic version) because I assumed the quality would be good and that these shoes would last for years. There are cracks in the rubber. And pieces of the shoes are no longer intact, possibly from poor quality glue. Very disappointed.

The first few weeks of wearing these I had very bad blisters on my big toe from the top strap rubbing. The blisters were so bad that I was about to return them, but instead, I took a few weeks off to let them heal and wore them a few more times to break them in. Eventually, either my toes got tougher and or the leather got softer but I no longer have bad blisters. Even after walking to 10,000 steps. I think they do take breaking into and for me to break them in properly took about 15 miles. As a tall girl, these shoes make me over 6 feet. They are pretty platform and that took some getting used to, but I am embracing it and I love the look. They are my go to shoe now that I wear nearly every day, and they are comfortable enough to wear all day walking. When I first walked them, the straps felt a little bit sharp on the skin, but they seem to smooth out after some breaking in. If you are worried about blisters, you could wear socks with them during that break in period. Also I’m a 9.5/10 and I sized down to a 9.

Ottima qualità, consiglio di ordinare mezza numero in meno, come vanno abbastanza grandi, io per esempio metto 39,5-40, ho ordinato 39 e mi stanno bene. Non molto leggeri, ma comodi
