Just the right amount of arch support. Lovely and soft, doesn't feel hard underfoot at all. Ordered the m/l and I'm a size 6, ever so slightly too long so would order the m next time, but still decided to keep. Very happy with my purchase but wish the price was a bit lower.

Very comfortable and lightweight. I have suffered with plantar fasciitis for 2 years and now told I must always have arch supports. These have the support but are still lightweight with soft heel area and are definitely helping. The only downside is that the front sometimes catches the floor and folds over which causes me to trip.

Fantastic sandals with good choice of colours - have 3 pairs but store won't be selling any more .
