This is just BEAUTIFUL! I’ve used this multiple times since I’ve received it and I just love it! I use a bit of tinfoil for easier cleanup and it works amazingly! It doesn’t choke out the smoke like others have done. It was well packaged with instructions included if I needed them. I will add this warning for others. It gets HOT! I mean be prepared to use oven mitts to even remove the top lid to add more Oudh or adjust it. But it is absolutely beautiful and a very good size as well. It’s not small! It’s worth every penny!

This is the first time I tried Oud Incense Burning and this Burner was so beautiful and of good quality. I bought the other supplies also from Amazon. Which were also very good. The charcoal and the Oud were good quality too. Oud smell lasted for hours and charcoal was easy to use! So happy with everything!

The first reaction was weight, I almost believe it to be plated plastic as the material is so thin and light. But it is in fact exceptionally thin stamped metal. Second was disappointment that plain tongs do not in any match the advertised images, or other reviews. The burner chamber has no recess, lip or devices to hold the charcoal plate and so the charcoal plate haphazardly slips around and does not always stay level. As well the ash dish/tray is smaller than the frame and cannot be centered indicating poor design or poor manufacturer. Most disappointing is the color. It is nowhere near the colors advertised. Looks like electroplated plastic. Other reviews said the charcoal heats discolors the device, maybe heat will eventually cause the multi colors? All in all, for the price, a cute burner with many disappointments that dont effect function.

This is a excellent holder for charcoal disks and loose incense. Easy to clean, Looks impressive but cover cannot be used while using charcoal. The cover will burn slowly and become discolored. It also comes with a small set of tongs.

I have the charcoal burning version. I think I'll buy the electric version as well. Craftmanship is absolutely beautiful. I use aluminum foil, then a charcoal tablet, then scented wood. The foil makes for easy clean up and helps the burner last longer and be pretty. When lite, the bottom does not get hot and you can walk this around the house. So happy I found this!

The Bakhoor burner is very beautiful. When I put the lid on it, it looked fancy, but the lid got heated fast from the bakhoor, burned my fingers and it changed the lid color. So, if you want to use it don’t put the lid on. I love the tong, it is a masterpiece. Overall, I am happy with the product.

CHEAP! Paint chipped and was USED! Sent me a product with a damaged box and item was clearly used. Rhinestones missing also. RETURNING ASAP!
