HP LaserJet 4350DTN 4350 Q5409A Laser Printer with 90-day Warranty(Renewed)

My old HP 4300 printer finally died after more that ten years, so I bought a Canon MF735 color laser printer as a replacement. The Canon is a nice printer, but the software will make you crazy. If you want to print an envelope or print from the multipurpose tray, you have to click on several places in the software and even then it may not print from the right tray. I just isn't convenient and not at all user friendly. I finally gave up on the Canon and bought an HP LaserJet 4350DTN from Amazon, which was renewed by White Spider Electronics. White Spider has given me the best customer service I've had in years. The printer arrived quickly, was securely packed and look like it was brand new. After a brief setup, it printed even better than my old (and favorite) HP 4300 printer. I had a minor problem, however; the printer would lose the date and time setting when you turned it off. I contacted White Spider Electronics and they sent me a new printer and even paid the postage. They also paid to send the original printer back. You can't ask for better service than that. Their tech also help me with the settings on the replacement printer. Now if I want to print an envelope or on different paper, I just put it in the multi-purpose tray and the printer is smart enough to print it, unlike the Canon. This printer is great and White Spider Electronics is a real joy to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them. If you need a high volume black and white laser printer, this is a great one. It comes with a 90 day return policy, but you won't return it. The replacement HP cartridge is expensive, but White Spider has non-OEM cartridges at a much more reasonable price. A regular cartridge prints around 15,000 pages. I thank White Spider Electronics for the excellent buying experience, great customer service and excellent job renewing this printer.

Save your money. Prints slow and does not react quick enough. I always have to disconnect to have it work.

Printer is fine however it is large and very noisy. The toner cartridge is very large as well. This was a renewed printer and it appears that the fuser needs to be replaced. The printer is very fast. The additional paper tray is great and holds a lot of paper.

Good refurbished product. I’m very satisfied. The printer works very well.

I appreciate that I got a good deal on this great printer and that the seller was easy to work with. I did have a small issue but they corrected it immediately and left me feeling fantastic about the transaction.
