Clairol Professional Flare Me Permanent Hair Color

I've been using this line for years and LOVE it! My hair is naturally very dark brown, but the color pops without using any bleach. Pictured: 1 tube 6rr Knock Dead Red +half a tube of 5vvr Turn Up The Beet (3 oz total) + 6 oz vol 10 developer, washed twice since coloring. Lighter streaks were previously bleached. I typically mix two different reds in varying amounts. My hair is pretty thick, and below my shoulders, so I use 1.5-3 tubes of color depending on growth and if I'm playing with the "recipe." Typically, the color stays strong for several weeks, but the streaks that I bleached tend to fade much faster. You can skip the bleach and still get awesome color with this line.

I always like to funk it up with my hair without being too funky. The first pic is in the sunlight and the second is in the shade. This is a great color. I used it over processed medium golden brown color. Hint If you want it to cover greys and last longer use a 20 developer. I still touch up my roots with a golden brown only because I don’t want my greys to be hot pink. But it blends beautifully. Another hint. If you don’t want to use a permanent hair color overtone makes rose gold for brown hair and the results are exactly the same and it leaves your hair beautifully soft and conditioned. But this stuff is great too. Faded a little quicker than I would have wanted. About 3 weeks and I could see it getting a little dull which is why I used overtone on top of it instead of dying it again but it is a great product. The color is fantastic. Picks up highlights and leaves texture and different tones. You won’t be disappointed

After using another brand before I was a bit skeptical to do it again. I am glad I did. I chose the Flare Me Light Make Em Blush Pink Aube Roses mainly because I liked the color on box. I had never done a dye where I had to mix my own developer. Easy. Will never go back to the premix. This color went on very easy ... Rinsed, shampooed easy and I did a conditioning twice . My hair is soft, with no damage to it. I say that because I did pre bleach 2 days prior. Everything said to wait up to 14 days before adding color but I can be a bit impatient. Color is fine ... I absolutely love it

No, it does not come with developer. Most hair dyes do not so it's not misleading. It even says it in the product description. That being said I was still dumb enough not to notice that ahead of time. The smell is overwhelming but probably would be a bit better cut with developer. It's terrible and stings. But the color came out nice and I use a color depositing shampoo and conditioner to make it last longer. Box did come a little banged up but the seal in the bottle was intact and color was true to description.

This was very easy to apply, but important thing is that it DOES NOT INCLUDE the Pure White Creme Developer 20 Vol or 30 Vol so remember to buy this as well when you decide to purchase the Clairol Professional Flare Me Permanent Hair Color (any of the colors). The instruction was easy to follow. If you use the entire 2oz tube, you will need to add 2oz of the Pure White Creme Developer and then mix it to a paste. Apply to your roots and hair and in about 30 minutes, you rinse, and it's done. My hair is naturally very dark, but the color (Que Sera, Syrah was the one I bought) is visible and looks great! I need to wait a few days or weeks to see how long it lasts or if it bleeds. But so far so good.

I was very disappointed in this product. I have dyed my hair a million times and am very experienced with hair dye and this was lacking. The color didn't look like I had hoped, it was very brown and murky and it bled for weeks. It washed out in a few weeks and every time I washed my hair the water ran deep red like it was the 1st wash.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. It’s advertised for brunettes. But it does not work. I spent 2.5 hours dying my hair, at the end it looks exactly the same. The plum color didn’t work even in the slightest. My hair is exactly the same afterwards. It doesn’t even come with the volume you mix it with. So buying that on top of this. What a scam.
