So this product does exactly what it advertises as far as having motion detection and DualBrite technology for Dusk-to-Dawn lighting. However, the partial brightness for the dusk-to-dawn feature is about 80-85% of full brightness. This is very different from their non-LED products that seem to go from 25-30% full brightness. And the switch between brightness modes is MUCH slower than non-LED versions. I prefer the faster switch because it acts like an alert the way it pops on, warning people that they have been spotted. The next issue is that the photocell that determines dusk-to-dawn isn't sensitive enough. It has to be very bright outside before it shuts off that feature. Next, the easy install is a little bit of a misnomer. All of my outside lighting on every house I've lived in uses electrical twist nuts to connect the lights to the internal wiring. Since this product uses terminal connectors, I had to find three extra wires in my toolkit to make this work because they were not included. And lastly, the LEDs are not infinitely adjustable like the non-LED versions. The posts that the LEDs are mounted to do not rotate. I was able to make it work, but I would have preferred more adjustability.

When I did searches for LED security motion lights I did not see this one come up. I did order a 3 headed LED motion security light for my garage and needed a new on for my front porch. My old light on the front porch had a DualBrite setting that I could set to stay on for 3or 6 hours after dark at a low constant light and would brighten if motion was detected. Also it can be set to Dusk to Dawn. There are settings for how long the light stays on after motion is detected for example 1, 5 or 20 minutes. Setting for Low, Medium or High sensitivity. It is 180 degree motion detector. I had gotten to the point that I was going to give up on LED light and go with the older style for this settings, when I queried to find the old one, I found this LED!!!!! I installed it 2 days ago and love it. Only time will tell how long the sensor lasts, as with all past motion detectors it is the sensor that goes bad. I really wish I had found this one before I put the 3 headed one on the garage as I could really use the ability to have the DualBrite settings and for lights to stay on for a set number of minutes. I live in Northern Minnesota with dark mornings and early evening darkness, when I go other to do some tasks it is nice to have the lights stay on for a bit after I move out of the motion detection zone, like when scooping snow away from buildings.
