I can't take vitamins because they cause heartburn, but I don't have any problem with this liquid. Great choice for me!

I sought something like this because of a compromised esophagus; I could not swallow pills and capsules. Twenty minutes or so of opening and mixing capsules in applesauce is tedious and too filling if you would rather spend time enjoying real food. I am hard core, but the taste is pleasant enough, especially considering the huge array of nutrients; if you have an inflamed throat, simply dilute with water. I will advise that you shake the bottle side to side, not messing up the area surrounding the cap. A large, dedicated glass measuring jigger works well. If you read the label, you will see a huge array of vitamins, minerals, targeted supplement, natural foods, etc - I don't think anything desirable was left out. No way could you afford to buy each of these separately. The price is more than reasonable. In short, It is easy to take, tastes pretty good, helps with energy and is not too expensive, especially considering all the extras it contains; I believe that the liquid formula is more readily absorbable too. So, just swallow one capful or measure 2 tablespoons, and with a few sips you are done for the day. Read the label each morning and stay inspired while you feel better!

I was hesitant to purchase but I'm glad I did. I've been taking this supplement liquid gold for a little over a month now and I honestly feel better. My energy levels have increased. I wake up feeling better every morning. I'll continue to purchase. I mix it with apple cider and I've gotten used to the taste. I was a bit thrown off at first but it's doable. I cannot drink those green juices what so ever and was happy this isn't like those. If your on the fence and need a really good supplement give it a try! I don't think you'll be disappointed

This multivitamin has multiple supplements that I used to take separately. People may be reluctant to commit to a purchase like this, especially every 2 months or so. Some of the things included in this that I used to buy separately are: Chlorella, Spirulina, Lutine. This product allows me to completely simplify my health supplement regiment. I don't need anything else anymore. Maybe a nested naturals super greens shake here and there but this is full spectrum nutrition right here. Been a fan of this multivitamin for years. Tastes way better than my old ones too.
