Disappointed!
Normally a vibrant spice, what was delivered to me tasted like it was either contaminated with soap or washed in soap. This is my first purchase from this seller and I am disappointed that this normally great spice appears to be grossly mishandled. I will sample other sellers, in search of fresh UDA — a truly vibrant African spice.

This is a great spice, but hard to shell.
It took a lot of work and broken fingernails to shell the Uda seeds.

This product came chopped up looking like a bag of dirt I was afraid of using it 🤦🏽♀️😠😳

I grinded it into a powder. Better to use that way
