Archer Watch Straps - Stainless Steel Watch Strap Buckles

Recently got a Certina watch which cme with a butterfly clasp but on a leather strap, in my opinion a cumbersome mechanisma and took an age to buckle up. It put me off grabbing the watch to wear and that was a shame because its beautiful. So, I thought perhaps a tradional pin+buckle could be put on but it needed to be of good quality to match the engineering and quality of the quality. A few brands came up, Archer being one of them. You definately get what you pay for. Superb quality and finish. Some may scoff at the price but considering my watxhes value, it's a minor logical expense but also considering the importance of the buckle keeping your watch fastened around your arm. A cheaper buckle could easily fail with who knows what the repair costs could be. Enough said.

It's perfect, fits the watch, easy to put on. It also works very well.

Bought two in matt gold to replace silver steel buckles on straps to fit a bronze watch (I know they’re not an exact match, but close enough), and they seem well made and nicely finished. Pleasantly surprised to receive two buckle pins, one narrow and one broader, to fit straps with different sized holes - see pics for the broad pin in a silicone strap, and the narrow pin in a leather strap. Very easy to replace the buckle, as there is a hole in each arm where you can use a tool / pin to depress the spring bar rather than dig around the edge of the strap. Thoroughly recommended

These are a really good quality buckle, so why only 3 stars? I ordered the gunmetal to match the finish of a watch head but as you can see from my image its very dark, so much so despite all the packaging saying it's gunmetal I think it's possible they sent me a matt black buckle

Great quality for the price

It fit the strap I was looking to replace snugly and is a solid brushed metal buckle, even stronger than the original one that came with the watch. I can imagine using this for a long time to come
