It's worth its weight!
I was a little apprehensive on this purchase, but I figured for the price point, even if it is cheap steel, it's still a fair deal... ... It's not cheap steel. It is what it claims to be, and took me a considerable amount of time to get the blade sharp. It's good steel, and was dull on delivery. I eventually handed it to a friend of mine to finish sharpening it for me. This tool is well made, sturdy and quite ergonomic, which is a feature I find lacking in many modern knives. The blade to handle ratio, along with design of the handle, allow for hours of comfortable use at a time. The angle and curve of the blade are great for skinning, whittling and general processing in a kitchen if need be... although it will take a few passes to get through a large onion. :) The oversized belt clip is cool, but it is kind of overkill. I recommend getting a smaller clip, or just making yourself some Velcro strap webbing that can be mounted, then use the heavy duty clip provided for something a lot more substantial. As far as all of the people decrying this tool because it kind of looks like a tool made by another company, all I have to say is somebody better pull Ötzi out of the freezer and let him know that a knife company infringed on his copyright! Yeah, this design is over 5,000 years old. It was originally made in flint. So all this copyright infringement lamentation is a moot point. You cannot copyright a knife blade pattern. If you are looking for a good quality, low priced knife that is as versatile as it is comfortable, look no further. Get this tool. You'll be happy.

Good budget fixed blade
Very good budget fixed blade. You could pocket carry, boot carry, belt carry, or neck carry. Its very thick and solid. The handle is comfortable and the gimping is good. The only con is the sheath. It’s trash.

This is a coooool knife.
This thing is great. Solid tang construction, G-10 handles, and comes with a really cool sheath with a really stout belt attachment. It comes razor sharp with a wicked point right out of the box. I was hesitant buying it because the price was so low. A you get what you pay for kinda thing, but man I'm glad I did. It's perfectly balanced and can easily be thrown in any of the no spin styles. I wouldn't do it though because eventually you will lose your G-10 scales. It's 1/4 inch thick solid tang gives it a great, beefy weight. Not heavy enough to slow you down, just very substantial & solid in your hands. Great addition to the collection.

Almost good enough
The knife was quite heavy and I found the sheath did not lock it in at all level which would allow secure scout carry. Honestly, for the price, it wasn’t terrible but I did decide to return it.

Fast to deploy, and good neutral ergonomics. A+
Excellent design, and a quality build for its intended purpose. It is fast, and nimble in the hand, and the kydex sheath is well constructed. The Tek-lokish belt attachment is functional, and adjustable, but for me it is a non-issue as I replaced it with an IWB attachment mechanism. Is it Chinese? Yes. If American knife makers would produce the same quality here for this price, we wouldn't want to buy from China. Is it D2? I don't know, but D2 is not a "super steel" anymore any way. Is it sharp? It is certainly sharp enough for its intended purpose. Will it cut paper? Who cares? A spear doesn't need to cut paper either. You get way more than you pay for with this little knife. I have custom pieces with the same basic design that cost hundreds of dollars compared to this knife's cost of about the same as a Domino's Pizza (which isn't as useful, and becomes a turd).

Dull, dull, dull…
Came so dull it couldn’t even cut paper! And the belt clip is to big . It should have come with the small teklok or the snap straps.

Buy it, if you want a lifetime knife this is it
This is a real tool knife that has street cred and you can carry it for just about any use. Makes a solid tool or self defense appliance, well built, strong as an anvil and great weight for any carry position.

Great clone
4/5 Good clone for a great knife you dont have to care about beating up. Looks like since last year they've been sharpening blades finer at factory. Mine shaved easy. Weird janky belt loop device. Sheath is good quality for what you're paying for I suppose.
