" I have been taking 2 softgel a day for over a year and according to the med tests it helps to control my cholesterol. I believe that it helps support cognitive functions too. **Q: What is your source of fish oil (type of fish, source of fish)?** A: The current (Nov. 2019) label reads: "Contains fish (Tuna), Vitamin E from soy" and adds: "Fish oil is product of India." **Q: My fish oil capsules look 'cloudy', not as shiny as other brand of fish oil. Is this normal or have I received rancid oil?** A: My experience with Now DHA 500 is that the outside of the caps always have a dull sheen but the oil inside is always clear. I have never received a rancid batch. Molecularly distilled and Enteric coated just add to the Value. Only found one other source I trust for my Fish Oil but with lower DHA levels, is a company out of Norway using all small fish and total Omega 3/capsule 1000 mg, use them both.
