One of the best books I have used for POCUS. Concise and clearly written with a good number of useful images/videos. Authors did an outstanding job in describing US techniques and providing up-to-date evidence-based rationale without making the book a boring read. Even better than the first edition!
It's hard to improve upon the first edition, which is already a classic amongst many hospitalists that are starting out POCUS. More topics, clear, concise and yet thorough explanation for all topics. The online version also has many very helpful videos. Nowadays on the internet we are innundated with so many POCUS teaching websites, and it's hard to know which one is realiable. If you have this book, you will consistently get the highest quality POCUS reference available.

Must Have!
This book is excellent, by far the best POCUS book I have come across in my young medical career thus far. The explanations are succinct and clear, the images and videos are superb. The online version works quite well on my computer and on my phone (via the app). Definitely recommend!

E-Book Features and Online Videos Work and are Amazing
This book is a must-have for anyone interested in POCUS at any level, from beginner to expert. It is so clearly organized and contains expert content that is carefully reviewed. I really like the access to E-Book and Online videos, which work well.

If you buy kindle version, be aware you will NOT have access to videos
The book content is fantastic. Beautiful illustrations. Well written. I was extremely disappointed to find out that the kindle version does NOT come with access to videos. In addition, to add it my Elsevier Expert Consult library, I had to call customer service at Elsevier. If I had access to video, I would give the kindle version 5 stars.

Ottimo manuale, quello che ci aspetta da un manuale americano! Peccato che i contenuti extra, di fondamentale utilizzo, non sono disponibili in seguito all'acquisto della versione ebook. Ho dovuto parlare con il supporto amazon numerosissime volte per sentirmi infine, dopo più di venti giorni, rispondere che dovevo vedermela io da solo col servizio clienti elsevier. Pessimo servizio da parte di Amazon, decisamente inaspettato
