I am a flight attendant and I often try to bring food with me for my trips. Often I am gone for 3 nights from my house and on a plane for most of that time with no access to a refrigerator or freezer to keep my food. I ordered this bag because after looking a quite a few bags and review it seemed to have a capacity I was looking for as well as the stay cold ability. I use ice packs that are used to keep medicines cold when being shipped and they will stay cold as long as the bag they're in is well insulated. This is THAT BAG!!! The construction of the bag is awesome, it came to me with a removable shoulder strap and two zip out liners to help avoid any leaking though the seams. I was very impressed with the size as well, I was able to fit food for all 3 1/2 days of my trip in this bag. The room on top for things that don't need to be kept cold was perfect, and the side pouches unzipped to fit a water bottle. I honestly have thought about ordering like 5 more of these so in case something happens to mine I have backups! One day I had food in with ice packs from 5am to 9pm and my ice packs were still frozen in the centers and all my food was very cold as well!! Way to go ProStar! You're this flight attendants new favorite piece of luggage!!! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The warranty is no joke *by K***H on March 13, 2018* Nice big bag. Plenty of storage and quite sturdy. I bought one in February 2017. After about 6 months, one of the main zippers came off leaving me with one to go all the way around. But it worked. Then last month, a tear developed in one of the pockets. By then I'd had it a year, figured I'd get another one.I drive a semi truck in the oil fields of New Mexico. Everything takes a beating in the cab of that truck, bouncing along the horrible lease roads every night. The bag often ends up upside down on the floor by the time I get where I'm going. I just flip it back on the seat and keep going. It takes its share of a beating and doesn't fall apart.So as I'm looking for a replacement on Amazon, I come across the same bag. Still around $50, high ratings, so I read the info provided about it. Then I came across the warranty. Lifetime warranty. No matter what. I had mine for over a year and it held up well for what it was exposed to night after night.
