I am so glad that I decided to make the purchase of this companion book. Aside from Denny Emmerson, Mr. Wofford is my favorite equestrian professional. He is no-nonsense without being cruel to rider or horse; he is kind, but firm and manages to suss the best out of riders and horses. These exercises will benefit even the most experienced rider and horse. No matter how advanced your horse is, it doesn't hurt to take them back to the most basic of gymnastics and work the way up the program. It's beneficial for everyone. Book arrived lightning fast and was in excellent (new) condition. The price was reasonable and totally worth it. Simple, straightforward and full of things we need to be reminded of as we advance with our horses.
