Brilliant little digital thermometer. Got one for the fridge and another to use as a room thermometer. The clip folds down to use as a stand, and is has a magnet so could be attached to the fridge door too. Great value for money.

A good clear and simple thermometer, that's ideal for judging the fridge/freezer temperature. This would have been a 5 star rating if both thermometers gave the same reading, there was a 0.6 difference between the two.

Got these for a small under-counter fridge in a mobile home that doesn't have any kind of temperature readout, and who's temperature varies significantly depending on a number of factors (position in the fridge, amount of stuff in the fridge, ambient temperature, etc). So I need to keep an eye on it to see that it's staying cool enough, I tested them with my home fridge - they both seem to display to within about one degree Celsius of the settings for both the fridge and freezer. They were within 0.2 C of each-other when placed right beside each-other in the fridge or freezer. So I've no concerns about their accuracy. The magnet didn't attach to anywhere inside the fridge, and there's nowhere inside to hang the thermometer from, so I just had to leave it lying on the shelf. Not a big deal, but a pop-out stand would have been handy. On both units, I found that they randomly turned off in the freezer after a few days at -22C. They came back to life when I took them out into room temperature. So it seems they're not suitable for long-term use in a deep freeze, but they seem to be OK in the fridge (at +3C). They'll do fine for my uses anyway.

I have been so pleased with my original purchase, that I sent for two more of these excellent thermometers. The service from the suppliers was most efficient and the thermometers are so versatile because they have a great range.

These thermometers are good value. They arrived complete with batteries, and once placed in my fridge and freeezer gave a clear temperature reading in large numerals. When used in a freezer, they give a reading all the way down to -20 degrees Celsius. I first ordered this item about two years ago, so I can mention that the battery life is good - a year or more.
