Im new to using quartz bowls and i was hoping for a recommendation of which one to purchase first as a starting point?? Looking to relax/center myself

I think many people might give you a different answer here but I personally feel like the root is always the right place to start balancing your energy. I eventually bought one for each chakra bc i love them so much...different sizes also have different sounds as do different materials of singing bowls

Which bowl corresponds to the different chakras? I got a set of seven and I am not sure which bowl corresponds with which chakra.

I bought this for my best friend but I think the lower the note, the lower the chakra on the scale. For instance, the largest bowl would correspond with the color red or the sacral chakra.

Superb Quality!

This bowl has a very clear tone that resonates audibly for more than 20 seconds with a gentle tap with the mallet. It also resonates with the slightest touch. The packaging was incredibly well designed and made: it was a bit of a struggle to get the bowl out.

Exact note i ordered

I checked and the bowl is the "F" note and it has a beautiful, deep clear tone. One light yap with the mallet and the tone rings for a long time. And sliding the mallet brings forth a beautiful sound easily. My next bowl will be "C" for the route chakra. These days we need to stay grounded.
