Love this magnifier!! Works perfectly for my reading needs!! Very bright and great magnification that makes the words large enough for me to read easily and comfortably!! It works so well I bought one for my 85yr old mother and with it she can read her Bible with ease and enjoyment again!! Very happy with my purchases!!

This is a great magnifier. Glass lens. Large flat sharp image. Text and any other object you look at is very clear. I use it to look at details of the many pens in my pen collection and it is very useful. Amazon has a large number of magnifiers in the $10 to $15 range. I looked at them and I ordered and then returned 2 of them. They were all junk. Looking through one of the returned items was like looking through the bottom of a Coke bottle. This one was a bit more money at about $25 and it was definitely worth the extra cost. There were only a few minor issues. First of all it is large., You are not going to carry it in your pocket but it does come with a nice carrying case so you can throw it into your toolbox. Secondly the included charging cable has a micro USB connection instead of a USB C connection which means you need to carry an additional cable or else a USB female to micro USB male adapter with you. Thirdly magnifier claims to be 3X - 5X power. It may be 3X. I am pretty sure it is not 5X. Regardless of these minor issues this is a great magnifier.

It is very handy with the size and design. It rests over the specimen. I Like the weight; it is not flimsy nor cheap feeling. I love the carrying case; it travels well.

Works well. It gets 4 stars instead of five because charging plug is underneath instead of on side and difficult to plug in.

I don’t leave barely any reviews, but I loved this magnifier so much that here goes one :). It’s worth every penny, I looked at a couple of similar ones including some of the more expensives ones and I am glad I made my choice with this cheaper one that has nothing to envy to those other ones other than maybe the metallic chrome build or the heaviness. At first when you see this one, it doesn’t look fancy, but when you start using it, that’s when you see how nice it is. I collect stamps and coins, and this is perfect for it and anything you would need 5x magnification. The case it comes in its a nice touch, keeps it protected and way from those dust bunnies ;). It worked right out of the box, at first I thought I had either a defective or fully drained unit after switching the on toggle at the bottom and nothing happened. Surprise, it has a power bottom in the green side ring, and that also lets you switch between 2-4 led lights and off as well. This was perfect for those stamps that I need to see the year or description better when its so small, and its also very nice to look at those little tiny stamps to blow up in size right in front and be able to appreciate the other details on the stamp. The magnifiers feels solid, its not heavy, and it rolls perfect on the plastic stamp sheet protectors I use and doesn’t scratch it either. All in all, I am super satisfied and give it a 5 star rating and highly recommended to any fellow stamp collectors.

I had my workplace pay for this because I needed a lighted magnifying glass to read plan sheets that were either reduced size or when the text was hard to decipher. It does exactly that. I actually chose this because another coworker had one, so I knew in advance that I would like it. It has two light settings, bright and one that's still decently bright, just a little dimmer. You turn it on with the button on the side, which is easy to do as you're putting into the carrying case or taking it out, so keep that in mind. I also love that it's rechargeable by USB; very handy in the office.

The utility of this light-magnifier is AWESOME. But! I've had mine for 2 years and it didn't stay powered on very long (I play D&D and use this to read my spell cards in a dark room). It started dying before our session was over (4hrs) just a few months after I got it and now, this month the charge port died. I only plug it in once a week and the port was just cheap. I'm sad because in terms of small mobile lights this is an expensive accessory to have to purchase every couple years.

Works as advertised. Bright and clear. Light weight and the focus is set . Just set it down. Not sure about the battery life. Haven’t had to recharge it yet.,

I love the product. It is an aoptimal size and the LED lights are nice and bright. Optics are evry good. It's easy to read detail. The delivery time was way too slow.

Although the case was broken the magnifier was sturdy and good. The lady I spoke with at Amazon was very helpful sorting out refund and return.
