These earplugs can be used numerous times. However, we do not recommend sharing used ear plugs with another person. Also they will get dirty after several uses, so you will need to change them from time to time and throw the old ones away.

Will I still hear my alarm on my phone I need these because my brothers room is next to mine and he is loud his music is loud. I work mornings

There is no good answer to this question. I don't know how loud your phone alarm is. But my best guess is that these ear plugs will make it difficult to hear an alarm.
