Solid NVG Mount — Essential for Helmet GoPro Setup
This mount is the required piece if you’re attaching a GoPro to a helmet with an NVG shroud. The aluminum construction feels solid and more durable than plastic alternatives, which is important when mounting a camera in active environments. Once secured, it locks in firmly and doesn’t introduce noticeable movement or wobble. In my use case, this is paired with a tactical-style helmet setup similar to what I use for dive and airborne applications. It provides a stable mounting platform without adding unnecessary bulk. Fitment with compatible GoPro models is straightforward, and installation into the NVG mount is secure. There aren’t any real drawbacks in performance. It’s purpose-built, durable, and does exactly what it’s designed to do.

Good but some error issues
I love the mount and I can finally use it for my Airsoft gameplay to record. It’s worth amount of money. The weight is good and has good versatility which I can wear it around the field. The Material is great that it is able to resist against amount of BBs. It fits well on my helmet but it doesn’t have good wiggle resistance. The wiggle physics doesn’t bother me at all and it still works well on my helmet.

Great product.
Great product. My son ran it with a v1 go pro airsofting and it worked great. He didn't complain about woobling. Just use the included spacer.

If it fits, it sits
So, it fits, but just incase it's not as stable? the producers included 2x foam pads with adhesives on one side. This allows them to be placed on the non-latch side of the plate, and allows it to be compressed/locked into place. Which should increase stability and reduce vibrations, but there's only so much you can do with user error. Overall, should be able to connect to most "action" camera cases.

Needed to mount GoPro to a bump helmet
This is the piece you need to mount your GoPro hero to a bump helmet. I’ve jumped out of a plane a couple times into a lake and it kept it mounted.
