I was interested in this case because it can hold 18 games and has a compartment for the Joy Con wrist straps - I usually have the Joy Cons attached to my console, but occasionally I want to detach them and put the tablet on a table or in the dock, and use the Joy Cons separately for games that are designed for motion controls, like Super Mario Odyssey or Katamari Damacy Reroll, and I wanted to have a better solution than just leaving the straps on a shelf or throwing them into a bag. I also thought these cases look fun and way more interesting than the generic clamshell style cases that are top sellers on Amazon.Well, when I received the product I was not disappointed! This is a well designed unit made up of various plastic parts that snap together. There is a latch on the side that I had to pop open the first time with a screwdriver because it comes tight but after that it is easy to open with my finger. The top flips open to reveal a little mountain of game card slots and underneath that mountain is a slot for the wrist straps. The slot is a very snug fit but I like knowing that they are kept safe in there - I don't want the straps getting frayed or the buttons getting damaged which could happen if they were just floating around in a larger bag. On each side of the mountain of game slots is 6 slots and in that mountain of game slots is a middle compartment that also flips out to reveal 6 more slots for a total of 18. Each slot provides a snug fit when you snap the game cartridge in, so once you close it nothing moves inside the case.Obviously this case isn't as compact as a clamshell case - most other cases like the PowerA case or the Amazon Basics one are about the size of a Nintendo DS game case - but it is sturdy and I wouldn't be concerned about it breaking when traveling. Personally I don't travel much, my Switch is at home and I'm usually just carrying it around the house so for me this is a nice paperweight style case that I can carry around me and always have access to my games & wrist straps for my Joy Cons. I have dropped this way to many times and nothing comes loose very sturdy and the games stay in place. the games are nice and snug in the case but not too tight. I like the feature of the secret slots cause they mean if someone tries to steal games from my cause or someone just tries to take the games out i can be happy that my most favorite games are safe in a hidden compartment. the case can hold up to 18 games and for the cost that's amazing and to find barely and faults its amazing and i love it. if i were to criticize this it would be that its a bit big but not giant it just might not fit in your pocket if your wearing very tight pants but its amazing otherwise, when i say big i say it can fit around your hand i thought it was gonna be huge and barely able for me to grip it but i would recommend to anyone that needs a good and sturdy case, I already recommended to all my friends. please note when i say sturdy i dont mean you can whip it at concrete after awhile of doing that its gonna break or get a crack, don't let this discourage you treat this case right and not be too clumsy you will be fine ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Cool design, great functionality, neat fun fact inside. *by R***Y on Reviewed in the United States on July 12, 2020* Having an additional 18 slots for game cards saved me a ton this past week when I ran out of space in my POW block case and the two smaller 4 slot cases.
