I do a fair number of cakes, and this has saved me a lot of time and money. It is a great product, and you really can't tell a difference in homemade and this product.

Love this icing. Easy to work with. Customers i have fixed cakes for love this icing. Just sweet enough. I'm on my 3rd bucket. Keeps will in a cool place until needed for each use. After opening.

Gave 4 stars as the taste and texture wasn’t as good as I expected. I have never used a premade frosting for my products. I added some flavoring and a little butter to change it up a some. I received many compliments on the frosting. This frosting is lite, fluffy, easy to decorate with, held color well and doesn’t require refrigeration. Also, this frosting doesn’t crust. Not sure that is a pro or a con, just something to be aware of. Lastly, I wouldn’t use this to make flowers or anything that needs a thicker/harder frosting.

The brill light and fluffy is way better.. I bought this brand because I don’t have a choice.. This style of buttercream needs more shortening
