I love this product. I find them very easy to swallow. I've been feeling so good since taking them.Some things that I read about pomegranates say that it can help with blood pressure. I don't know if this is true because I do not have a blood pressure issue. excellent quality product. but need a slick coating or to be in a capsule. i can't swallow them. i dump out mega mineral capsules, and push these into them, for my throat to accept them. i take 2 pom pills every morning and every evening. i stay healthier with them, than without them.

Okay, so I'm not any kind of expert on which brand of reservatrol is better then the other. And honestly this was an impulse buy based on something I had read about while looking for some remidiees for reducing the negative effcts of stress. I did take only one a day until it ran out and then kind of forgot about it for a couple of days. And while I was taking it, I didn't really notice any huge changes. However, I think it might be that it takes a bit for it to build up in my system and the positive effects come on gradually, because after about a week of not taking this I was feeling pretty bad again.I ordered two bottles the second time and have been taking 2 per day. I didn't do any scientific tests but it was about a week or so until I felt better again. I have been very busy lately and working in a stressful environment, and this stuff really has helped me.

I've been taking it for months, and I feel great. Of course, I will continue to use them.
