I like cooling sensation and the science is good, Dilating blood vessels. I can't say it has any size effects, but I use it with other products for a nice boost in girth, albeit temporary.

Good stuff
As I have come to find out, there are no miracle products out there that works for everyone, as everyone's body & chemistry is a little different. But I have tried MaxSize and I am back for more. I do experience an increase in girth along with a feeling of my penis being really 'full/engorged'. My wife and I both like the warm sensation of the peppermint. It definitely adds to our sexual encounters.
