This item is among the MUST for every household. I've used colloidal silver for years, and this is my favorite (so far)! The high ppm and quality is what I like about it.Recent uses: pink eye from a physical therapy facility. I tap a drop into the corner of my eyes, and it's gone in hours. I re-apply if it's stubborn. The great virus last winter entered into a secondary sinus/chest infection. I had completed antibiotic (not my first choice, but necessary in this case), but still had terrible cough with evidence of infection expelling. Why do I always forget my colloidal silver? I started taking it 2-3x daily with a strong oregano oil cap, and in just days coughing stopped and expelling cleared. I've used this product for about 7 years. When used properly, it has never failed to stop the onset of infection or neutralize infection that has gotten established. By infection I mean, germ, virus or bacteria internal or external. It should be used like any other antibiotic, continue five days past last sign of symptom. We seldom have flu, cold or any upper respiratory infection, even when working in a "sick-building". The last time I was sick was in the fall of 2012, I got caught without C.S. on hand. This order is for a friend who is looking for relief from chronic upper respiratory problems because "everything" they tried has failed. The rationale, "you're never sick, please order some of the stuff you use?". It is wise for first time users to follow instruction. If I'm around sick people I dose according to instructions. But if I notice symptoms, I double dose the first three days and level off to instructional dose as symptoms abate, out to five days past last symptoms.

Highest ppm of any colloidal silver solution at ~1/4 of the ppm cost. My old/old-fashioned family doctor (who saved my life w/his old-fashioned methods) used colloidal silver to treat sinus infections at 100% effectiveness. His therapy was a bit unsettling first time: Dip a q-tip into the solution and carefully and slowly insert the wet-end up into your sinuses (they're longer than you think), leaving it in place for 1/2 hour w/ a box of tissues at the ready for drips; I can't get the simple flexible rod he used, but using a q-tip w/a long stem (not plastic) works. Sore throat, runny nose ... done. Oh, and stop using highly toxic fluoride toothpaste, esp. w/sodium lauryl sulfate, which weakens your sinuses in the first place.Silver solution is also effective wherever antibiotics could, but shouldn't be used. Bugs have no immunity from silver.
