what is the measurements?

If I get these for my '18 grom, will all the other stuff (cables, etc.) fit? Is there anything else I need to purchase to make it fit correctly?

They will fit great. I love Mine. All you will have to do is drill the hole for your throttle

Description states width 28.75 but features and details states width 34x7x3. which is it?

The ones that I bought (KLX 110, etc) are 31.5" wide with about a 6" rise. They fit on a Honda Grom without modifying the cables, but the clutch cable had to be moved inside and the front brake cable is a bit tight. Hope this helps.
