Good replacement part
This is the second time we replaced this part. The first time we replaced the part with a part from someone else and it only lasted a month. So far this one is working, but I will re-review if it does not continue.

Does not work after using two weeks
Worked a few times like it was suppose to and less than 5 uses it is working like the one that it replaced. Guess it pays to call the repairman, the same part he replaced lasted 2 years instead of 2 weeks.

Part Delivered with Missing Component
New part arrived in factory-sealed bag with one of the two required solenoid coils missing. I never even bothered opening the bag, as the incomplete part is totally useless. Now my washing machine will be out of service at least two more days while I await delivery of a replacement. Boo to the Alliance manufacturing quality system for allowing such an obvious defect to escape and reach an end-user. Deserving of a one-star review. I will update when the replacement arrives.UPDATE: We’ll the second time was the charm. Replacement mixing valve arrived two days later and was perfect. I installed and it performs as expected. Direct and exact fit for my Speed Queen washing machine.

Contacts bent.
Arrived on time but electrical contacts were bent. I just unbent them and installed the item, which then worked as intended. The item was shipped in an envelope with padding, but would have survived better in a small box.
