My blood pressure though is greatly improved cutting down on sodium so if you have that problem try the Nu Salt, but go easy on it because of the aftertaste or if you can try going without any kind of salt might be better. I made DIY electrolyte powder to control the sodium in it. So far so good, no cramping and my blood pressure remains good.
