Great monitor, great price, great value!
Wow! Took a chance on this one and it has been well worth it. 2k real estate vs 1080x1920 for one, is a plus. Not ready for 4K monitor yet. So about the monitor....Once setting up on my swivel, I dove into the settings. There are a good amount of options. Once dialed in, the image is pretty amazing. The colors are rich, the contrast is good and for all the added screen size (coming from a 24”) it is surprisingly less fatiguing in the eyes than my ASUS 24. I’ve had this now for almost three months and have recently suggested it to a friend. He ordered two of them and thanked me for the recommendation as he also loves this monitor. The price point is unbeatable. The physical quality is stout. The 144Hz refresh rate is great (my ASUS was also 144) I really have no complaints on the quality of this monitor. Top notch. My one little complaint is the power off. Basically, if you turn off your machine and no signal is detected, you tap the power button and the monitor turns off. If there is still signal, however, you have to long-press the power button. I figured two seconds should do it. Nope... 4 solid seconds holding down the power will finally turn the thing off. Not a super big deal, but a little annoying. Other than that, I have zero complaints. Buy it! You will not be disappointed.

Amazing
Still the best monitor I’ve ever owned. I regret getting rid of it.

It's pretty decent
I've had this monitor for a few years now and it works pretty great. It does have this occasional odd flicker of color and back lighting depending on what is being displayed, but doesn't bother me so much. Otherwise, it's been great for the price I paid at the time as compared to other prices.

I love this monitor.
I got this back in December 2019 and it is a fantastic value for the money.Warning once you go WQHD on a 32" monitor you can not go back. HD on 32" is fine for watching videos but for fonts or fine work forget it.I was just reminded of this a few days ago when suddenly this monitor stopped detecting the DP signal. I switched over to an HDMI backup cable and wow. I had no idea how spoiled I had become in just three months.I hoped it was just a mysterious cable failure and immediately ordered one of these DP cables to replace the one that comes with the monitor.https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B078HVDMW2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1This cable is nice and the great news is my DP signal is back and working on the Aopen monitor. So I guess I could drop the rating down to 4.5 stars because the "free" cable only lasted 3 months but I won't. This is still the nicest PC monitor I have ever owned. You might want to factor in another $13 for an extra cable when you make your purchase but you should definitely make your purchase.

I really wanted to love this monitor
It looks great... when you can get it to stay powered on.This monitor has one button on it... it's in the back, plug it in and press the button right.... well sorta, if it wants too...This had no problems for 2 weeks, then it decided to just turn off. Then it would randomly turn back on. Several times I thought it had died. I Checked cords, plugs, different areas of the house...all seemed to be ineffective to turn the monitor on when I wanted it too. The instructions in the book, yeah I actually read it..., say to hold the button down for 1 second to turn on, 5 seconds to turn off... well neither of those work it seems. If the monitor is going to turn on, it's going to be when you plug it in, I have never been able to get it to turn off, no matter how long I depress the button on the back.So I call Amazon, they get ACER tech support on the line, give them the SN and they start to tell me to push the button on the front. Yup, not the one button on the back but the non-existent button they think is on the front. They finally get the right monitor in the CS window..., tell me that If changing the plugs and outlets will not resolve the problem, I should send it in so a tech can look at it... Um NO, you return items that fail in 2 weeks.Replacement gets ordered. Replacement out of the box has the same problem... Cords don't matter, outlet its plugged into doesn't matter, it simply won't turn on. Contact Amazon again, similar run around ensues from ACER tech support. I get a refund processed and only need to drop it at the UPS store. So the replacement is on the desk at this point... And as I am boxing it up, I figure what the heck, I don't have a replacement yet, I will try it again... plug it into, with the same cable and one of the same outlets as earlier... well now it works. All this happened yesterday..again, this monitor looks great, perhaps I got one lemon, but two monitors that won't turn on The 2nd has not turned off yet but I don't feel like I can trust it so it's going to get replaced.

Excellent Picture at a Great Price
I was skeptical coming from an ASUS MX279H 27" 1080P monitor that has served me well for the past few years, however all of the skepticism was taken away when I plugged this bad boy in and fired up Battlefield V.Excellent colors, brightness and quality for the picture. After coming from a 350 cm/d monitor I coudn't even tell the difference in brightness on this one. This monitor is HUGE and immersive with the curved screen. The gaming experience is one of the best I have ever had and going back down to anything smaller would be near impossible. For the $359.99 price point, this is an excellent value and a great quality monitor. No ghosting issues, great refresh rate, and the quality of the monitor and stand itself are quite durable. Definitely recommend.
