Keep getting broken frames.
I am trying to replace the original frame I had due to my cat breaking it and BOTH times I have ordered it they have been broken. I absolutely love this frame but I apparently can’t get one that’s not broken.

Pretty Frame Bad Packaging
Needs to be packaged better. Bought as a gift for a co worker and was upset to see it was cracked from the bottom left corner all the way up to the upper right corner. It's a very pretty frame so I have reordered a new and hope this one is packaged better and not cracked.
