The awkward part was installation. Ideally, you'd screw the screws into the wall first, then snap the shelves into place last. However, because the screw heads are bigger than the screw head holes, we had to hold the shelves in place while screwing the screws in at the same time. Then, you have to awkwardly screw the screws in at an angle, because the shelf is in the way of the screwdriver. It seems the dealer took their complaints seriously and with mine they sent screws with heads so large they don't fit through the little key hole in the back of the basket. Fortunately I had the parts I needed left over from hanging curtain rods and was able to install the baskets.
