Will this fit on a 5cm/2inch wide desk edge?

Base Clamp is padded and expandable up to 6cm / 2.35inch.

Is there a compatible pole mount that has a lower minimum height that's less than 55cm?

The thread at the top is 1/4” (6.35mm) that connects the light to the stand. I’ve not tested this as I use the stand it comes with but I would assume any stand with that size connector at the top would work. Also worth looking at the Keylight air? It’s stand is shorter.

Is it suitable to brighten my desk instead of a monitor light? To help reading etc
